Appointment on time, and annual re-test undertaken efficiently and effectively, resulting in appropriate free upgrade to my hearing aids.

Very friendly and super professional. Treated like an old friend and extremely kind.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Only one brand of hearing aid was recommended (possibly with good reason, though).

Exam went fine. No surprises except all staff in the branch had completely changed.

Worst decision I ever made, lured and tempted by the card....giving no indication of price...inviting me to a free consultation, If I’d seen the price options I would have binned card. .But so dissatisfied with free NHS hearing aid...I went a,ong. Very nice man....long long brfore telling me price....went thriugh all the diagnosis of my hearing problems....explained NHS device 10 years out of dateThén price, am a near 87 year. Old pensioner. He quoted £5000....at which I near fainted....he came down to £3000....said anything below worthless. I was totally seduced by his reasoning...I suppose sales patter. Another man in room to monitor our interaction.Stupidly. Oh so stupidly i succumbed. Tho i never can afford even a holiday for half thst....needy grandchildren etc i do. Not earn..my work pro bonoSo I paid up. Shown how to insert the plugs. Tho he said right ear one harder due to wax in my ear. He would write to my GP. He DID NOT tell me NOT to wear this plug till wax removed. Friday 22 March paid full £3,000Incidentally he did not mention insurance...should have done given our age, forgetfulness, senior momentsI wore them Friday, Saturday,,,continually having to check my right ear...that well in placeLiterally every few minutes as so hard to put in.. but alas some time Saturday early evening it fell out between restaurant and theatre we searched sesrchedIt’s gone. I am insured anyway for less than £3000But having tried to wear them,,,,following instructions, continually checking...they are no good. Now a friend tells me she has a good set from Boots for £50.What a dusaster. How vulnerable we old people areAm just back from UN Commission Status of Women..where we focused much on older women and disabilities....now to implement in each country the conclusions. Well, hearing problems are very +momon ami g older women, who are also often in precarious financial states. And vulnerable to very sophisticated sales wiles.I am mortified. Huge huge expense...more than cost of a good second hand carI will never wear even the left ear oneWant to throw out the whole kit...unless you want it back. Am distraught, depressed, and ashamed that I got so beguiled...did not do my own market research .got led astray by that first cardBut will surely bring this up as we review implementation of the UN conckusiinsMargaret Owen O.B.E

Just brilliant; exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I felt in incredibly safe and expert hands. Khadisha was phenomenal. I had routine micro suction in both ears, and as weird as it is to say, I absolutely loved the whole process. This was entirely because Khadisha was so wonderful, explained everything clearly as she was doing it (which you don’t usually get) and had such positive, uplifting energy. She was totally delightful!

Khadisha was amazing and looked after me wonderfully. I would highly recommend.

The hearing test was thorough and confirmed what I probably already knew. It did however also confirm that my ears were basically healthy.The demonstration of how the application of hearing aids could help me led me to placing an order.The audiologist came to my home yesterday to fit the new hearing aids and so far I am extremely pleased with them. I have 30 days to decide whether to keep them or not.
