Booked in for well over a week in advance for MOT, Rear Pads and a Service.Due to health reasons I had to have my car back earlier so I asked for them to just do that MOT and Pads.Handed me the keys back without the pads done leaving me to have to rebook or find another garage to do it. This was after arguing between themselves about doing the rear pads.They also put an advisory for rear pads when that’s the reason it’s with them!!! Too late to take it elsewhere as they had already done it. Thanks for messing up my MOT history for no reason.Cost me more than what I pay for a normal MOT because I wanted everything done in one go when they didn’t even do that.Don’t bother coming here especially if you need to book time off work as you’ll likely need to come back another day anyway.

I find that I get a first class service from this garage. There is only one big problem, they have so many clients for mot and servicing that it takes at least a week to have an appointment. However the owner Niall is very helpful when you need urgent help. I also find the charges are very reasonable.

Excellent Service! I presented with a difficult-to-describe problem/noise (which wasn't constant). They managed to diagnose the problem - kept me up to date over the phone, and gave me a quote - and told me when I could expect it. (They had to wait a day for some of the parts). Next day they phoned up to tell me it was all done.When I collected they didn't try to over-charge, and they patiently explained the problem again and showed me the parts. Gave me a lot of confidence they knew what they were doing. Will definitely come back here in the future.

Excellent, reliable and honest service from Neil and his team. The price he quotes is more than fair and much cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in future.

This company was highly recommended to me by my neighbour and he was not wrong. They were absolutely brilliant. As a female with no technical knowledge I've been abused before, but not this time. No hesitation in going there again or advising others to do so.

I had never used NWC before today. Normally I am hesitant to use a new garage but I drove my car their last night. Car went in and was ready within 2 hours for an alternator replacement. I have never seen a garage so tidy and I am honestly so impressed I will be reluctant to go elsewhere.I would question if anyone ever had a bad word to say about NWC

I went to this place like 3-4 years ago but only bothered to get round to writing a review now. Long story short they scammed me out of £50 for a battery replacement. I sold the car on shortly after it went to this garage and they broke down in the car and AA said the car wont start because the battery isn't even good enough for a moped. I remember calling them and saying i needed my wingmirror replacing and if they can, i might need a new battery. They said they can fix the wingmirror but they didn't have a battery. When I collected the car they already fitted a battery and charged me £50 for it. Now I see they just found one lying around and thought they could make a quick £50 from me - which they did. But I will never go back there and I've told everyone else to avoid the place. If they did the job properly, probably would have used the place as my local garage.

Highly recommended. I have used NWC about 5 times and always found Neil & his team very honest, reliable, very competent, friendly, and very cost effective. They are very willing to take time to explain a problem and address questions and concerns. (Not faint praise... as basically, I don't trust any garage 100% because cars are complex and most mechanics have some limitations.)
