Nails Master

Though i never got a chance to go there, I tried to go on a Saturday, but while they were advertising they were open, they were in fact CLOSED.It was rather annoying as the only day they advertised to be closed (other than Bank Holidays, of course) was a Sunday.

I've visited here twice and both times the customer service has been poor. Ive had the same guy do my nails and its almost like he doesn't want to do it. When I raised my concerns he doesn't even apologize but just shouts saying hes being gentle. Both experiences I've received rough treatment and a lack of custoner service when receiving a pedicure and its totally unacceptable when I'm paying nearly 30 quid for it!Tony who is also present was nice and as I refused to pay full price kindly gave me a discount.I wanted to support a local nails shop but I think I will take my business elsewhere moving forward and won't be in a rush to visit so soon!

Good service, professional and friendly, clean and roomy salon. Very happy to recommend. Will be using this salon from now.

Shambolic...booked an appointment, rang the day before to confirm. On arrival said my name sat down only to be told they were fully booked, I reiterated I had made an appointment but apparently I had booked for 7th, which is 1 day before I even rang them to make the original appointment. Awful communication and average nails from previous experience! Would not recommend.

wouldn’t even give them 1 star, worst nail place ever. speak about you in a different language, don’t stick to appointments. the lady there literally got up & said I’m finished now I can’t do it anymore even though I literally just sat down. the man is also rude & said he’s also finished baring in mind it was 5:15 & they shut at 6.

Very annoying, Everytime I have been here after booking an appointment I am always turning up and they have sat someone down without even asking if they’ve booked an appt. This has happened to me 3 times!! And also happened to another lady when I was getting my nails done last week, pointless taking bookings and customers turning up and taking peoples bookings!! Very poor
