Staff could all do with an energy drink before they start work they all seemed switched off. Absolutely no customer service at all. It felt like they were avoiding any customer and when eventually we got someone to help I don't think he could be bothered at all.

Shabby outdated store. Can buy much cheaper on line the staff seem to be bullied by the managers ! Il stick with sport direct much nicer atmosphere .won't go to cribs jd ever again !!

I don't recommend this place for its mean staff. On Tuesday, 24th of October a manager of this place accused me of stealing something I didn't take and after showing them my recit and bag they called the police. The thing 'I stole' was found and the manager didn't even apologize. I recommend going to cabot Circus JD. Never faced a situation like that before being a JD costumer for ages.

I prefer to test the clothes in the stores and buy online, it is cheaper then buying from the store

Me and my friend came to return 3 orders today. It took a little while but a lovely man called Jonathan was so patient despite a few technical problems. He was so friendly and asked us about how are days were going and he was very helpful. Thank you!

I get why you want to blast out music but when you have to raise your voice to talk, it's probably not healthy for the colleagues working there. However service was very good and friendly at reasonable prices with a massive range and I purchased 2 pairs of trainers and some other bits.

Good range of merchandise here. Nice they gave exclusive to JD Items as well.Staff seem friendly who are on the shop floor.The shop is clean, tidy and well stocked.Shop is very busy and hard to manoeuvre around with a wheelchair or pushchair. There always seem to be people putting stock out or folding stock, which doesn't help with getting around an already packed store.Takes a long time to buy items at the till as it always seems to be busy, but there will only be 1 or 2 people on the till.
