THE SHACK is the BEST barber shop!Cannot believe they are even getting any bad reviews because they are without a doubt the best, totally underrated!Could not find a single thing to critique, they go absolutely above and beyond and are truly outstanding.Not only will they cut your hair brilliantly, but will even offer you a drink, get you a meal AND if that’s not enough cut your meat for you haha !This one stylist is truly the best, he is calledGIO PANN, he’s an award-winning hairdresser, fashion stylist, design guru/master and top fashion designer, who has won many awards for his expertise techniques, got degrees in his field and has even worked with top stylists such as Vidal Sassoon.They are all fantastic in the Shack, but would HIGHLY recommend Gio Pann.All in all, very content. Everything was perfect.I am extremely fussy, but the Shack did an incredible job. I made a booking - about a week in advance and turned up for my appointment and the place is closed! I called the phone number and a voicemail just says we are closed till 4th July. So they closed for a month and despite requesting everyone to book in advance they didn’t tell anyone, no doubt causing lots of wasted trips. I went to their website again today and they are still taking bookings for today and the whole month of June. I understand last minute trips may force closure but if you made us all register and book then at least send a simple email blast to tell us.

Not a hairdressers. Not a barbers. Butcher maybe. I've been going here for years but it has recently been taken over by new management. They have NEVER cut hair before. Might be nice guys but they shouldn't dupe people in to thinking they have experience doing this because they don't. You can tell instantly they don't cut hair.....jabbing away tentatively at your head like it's radioactive! He might as well have a pork chop in his hand rather than scissors....the result is the same. Needed 'emergency surgery' to repair the damage so had to go elsewhere for a second haircut. If you need a good haircut then suggest you consider somewhere else. If you need an urgent leg of lamb for a dinner party then maybe pop in to The Shack....they may have something in the back!!!!

Walk-in visit today, first haircut in Chiswick. Gio was a great personality and gave one of my best cuts, very glad I’ve found this place and will definitely be returning. Grazie!

What makes that barbershop unique is that it makes me feel like I want to come back there, as the customer service are outstanding and it does not take that long to make my hairstyle look fresh and classy in high quality.

Probably the best men's haircut you can get in the Chiswick area.The guys listen to what you want and make suggestions that fit with the style. Service is great and as the other reviews say, you leave the shop feeling great.

Really good people: well mannered and amazing. I've been going for many years and they've always made me look snazzy af, my friends love it and always ask where I get my haircuts. Of course, the answer is the shack. Ignore all the bad reviews, probs other jealous rival hair cutters. They can save any bad haircuts, trust and invest.

Went there yesterday and can only say do not go there for professional skin fade straight after left the place I had go to other barber to tidy up the mess , for this kind of money service should meet criteria of the businesses around them but is what it is . I went there once so maybe the other barber is better I do not know that but my point is save your time and money and go to somewhere else .

I have been using the Shack for the past two years, the hair cut is good enough quality although a tad over priced. I HAVE STOPPED USING THEM after I walked in at 15.30 Saturday and was told to leave as they wanted to eat their lunch and come back in 30 mins . Lunch a higher priority than a regular customer ? That is POOR SERVICE and comes across as plain lazy. I popped into Chris's further up the high road , he gave me a better cut at a lower cost and no they never close the shop for lunch. I estimate I have spent with tips £400 over the past two years and regret paying my usual tip. I hope your lunch was worth it.
