Very friendly and helpful staff.Monika gave me very good advise regarding the flooring. I bough carpets,vinyl and laminate floor. Fitter Marcin master at his job!Never dissapoints and highly recommended!!! I will definitely use again.

Excellent service from the staff at the flooring superstore, very knowledgeable and there was never any pressure to purchase. The carpet was fitted promptly and sent me texts as to what time he would be arriving and was kept updated with when delivery would be.

Flooring Superstore in Basingstoke was great experience. James was knowledgeable on the products and we were able to make an order with ease. All our fitting questions were answered our fitter contact contacted us the next day. A really big store and such a wide variety of options to pick and choose from. By far better customer service, than other franchise stores.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!!! Ordered some samples and was sent a text message explaining where our nearest showroom was so popped along to see Michael at Basingstoke who was incredibly helpful in helping us choose some LVT. Really smooth process from choosing to ordering and under a week for delivery. Definitely will be using this company again. Thank you Michael for looking after us!

Went in to see Michael at Flooring Direct Basingstoke once again he was great with helping us choose our choice of LVT waterproof flooring for our bathroom he also helped us transform our flat with the amazing flooring they have in stock on our last visit here is an image of the transformation.Thanks once again Michael we will be back soon for another project.

Monika of Basingstoke store was superb! She was always trying to help and very patient. She finally managed to find all the carpet we needed within our budget. The result was excellent! Definitely recommend Monika for buying carpet or wood flooring.
