With all the issues that care homes face, this place is a great example of how it should be run. Fantastic staff, clean and a great environment for the residents. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing.

Rushey Mead Manor is an amazing place to live and work. The Directors have invested into the home massively and will always put the needs of the residents and staff first. The staff group are extremely hard working and caring. I would recommend Rushey Mead Manor to anyone looking for a residential placement and for anyone looking for a career in care.

Where do I even start with this home. In calling it just a home because no one who works there actually cares. The management is just terrible, theres no communication, between management, carers and seniors. Nurses there are terrible. I don't understand how this home is still up and running I really don't.They made me do a 22 hour shift on all day for the 12 hours back home for a few and called back into work, and my job would off been non existent if I said no and I have a family to think off.They don't have a work/ life balance they expect you to work everyday.All round just a bad company . You'll regret if you work for them

I’m writing this review in regards to the actions observed by myself in regards to your employee Vaishali. I went to visit my aunt and was appalled by the scene we had witnessed. Our visit lasted for over an hour and we witnessed her sensor mat was deactivated. My aunt is a high priority patient who is blind and to know her mat was deactivated, whilst in our presence disgusts me to know what she suffers in our absence. We noticed she was soiled and her milk had poured over her bed. I promptly rang the alarm and for over an hour no one came to examine the reason for the alarm being activated. When I eventually found a staff member named Vaishali and raised my concerns with her, she proceeded to provide me with ample excuses of how she is over worked and currently covering the role of 4 staff members. She then became confrontational when i brought to her attention that the alarm was ringing for over an hour.My concerns were not acknowledged and to know a patient who is blind can be left unattended for prolonged periods of time with a deactivated sensor mat is astonishing. The state my aunt was in, how soiled she was, makes me question when she was last attended to and if she is receiving the quality of care she deserves. As per my conversation with the supervisor Neha, she informed me Vaishali was the subject of 7 investigations, for an employee to have a large amount of complaints against her and to still be in charge of the care presented to patients highlights how diminished the responsibility you present towards your patients.I would like a formal response to my complaint and be kept informed of any and all progress. I will be in touch with the local authority to raise my concerns if my matter is not addressed sufficiently.

Rushey Mead Manor is a carehome I would highly recommend. The staff and management are extremely caring and supportive.

This Care Home has amazing staff & management who have gone above and beyond for the residents! The Mothers Day celebrations this past weekend made the residents feel very special. Definitely recommend!
