I wanted to give 6 stars.I had a simple, small problem that needed fixing, I called and they sent Big Matt who, although it was late in the day, still came out and cheerfully did the repair even though it was a dark, cold winter's night. Excellent. I will heartily recommend.

Jordan’s electrical have just completed a full rewire me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The team was highly professional, punctual, and their workmanship was top-notch. Needed electrical work done on multiple properties. Had been recommended Jordans Electrical and they were excellent. Only had to talk to them once, gave them the different property details and they got on with it. Great communication and updates on how the work was going until completed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, electtrian checked on job before starting ensuring everything was done as expected. Then got straight onto job ensuring he kept me updated at all points.Did job and fitted light and socket leaving wiring up to house circuit last so minimal interruption of supply.After finished check I was happy and did all the safety tests.Really pleased with the work. Top notch company would recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Jordan electrical worked on my property in two cases.Firstly, there was a water problem which resulted in messing up the electrical system. Jacob came on time and did a great job, he is very knowledgeable and understanding in his work.Secondly, they did an electricity installation for my newly built shed and changing my security lights on the property. They did a very nice and neatly work.For me, they have been great and always listened to my issues and making sure they resolved it on time, I will recommend them always.Thank you Jordan, Jacob and Sophia.

Highly recommended. From start to finish, Jordan and team were responsive, effective and installed new fuse boards, smoke detectors and sockets with minimum disruption. Great communication and always kept their promises. Rhys and Kai who completed the work were both brilliant. Incredibly friendly and helpful in addition to carrying out the work with no hitches and leaving everything spotless. Honestly don't think I've experienced such great customer service in a long time. Just a breath of fresh air.I contacted Jordan’s Electrical to get some isolators added for a new kitchen as I’d been let down by the original firm.They came out the very same day and did a fantastic job.These are not your typical tradespeople - these are very professional, positive, polite and offer fair pricing.They certainly don’t treat you like they’re doing you a favour for turning up.As I said, a breath of fresh air and I’d recommend them to anybody.

I’m delighted with the service I’ve received from Jordans Electrical and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. Having been let down on the day by the tradesman I had booked for a small electrical job as part of a kitchen refit, I was ringing round trying to find a last minute replacement. The call handler, Sophie, could not have been more helpful and friendly and all subsequent communication has been prompt and clear. The job itself was done on time with no fuss for a reasonable price. Thanks to all the team.

Jordan’s Electrical worked on the rewire of our house in August. Dale, Matt, Kai and Rob who worked on the house were fantastic - they turned up early every day, kept the house clean (as possible!) and left things tidy at the end of everyday. My partner works from home so was in some days and he said they worked solidly from arriving at 8am until 5pm. They were friendly and helpful and always helped us with any questions we had. They were especially careful in ensuring certain aspects of the house we wanted to keep (eg. coving) were kept intact. This was quite a big job but they made the process much easier and less stressful than we were expecting. Before choosing Jordans we were in touch with a number of firms but Jordan talked us through everything and really stood out. We’re really happy that he followed through on everything he said. Would highly recommend this firm - helpful friendly and efficient.
