Binley Post Office
Very efficient and fast service. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Always charge the correct prices and don’t overcharge like other post offices. I have used this post office for about 10 years and every time have had a positive experience. I actually live in Rugby now and have had bad experiences at various post offices here so I drive to Coventry specifically to use this post office (and tie it in with visiting my Nan!). They even put sweets out on the counter for customers. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Good old fashioned Post Office! It's not just in the corner of a shop..Was quite busy with strictly enforced social distancing so you may have to queue outside. Honestly, I like this commitment to Covid safety.Staff were nice.It's a bit of a pain to get to by car as it's on a main road, but there are a couple of parking spaces.

Most weird social distancing in town. He keeps everybody out even have space to wait 1 people I guess at least 3 meter away from counter. Even rain outside. Even all shops empty. Stay away from this shops and postoffice if you don’t want to get wet.

Contacted Binley Road Post Office regarding a parcel, they stated it hadn’t arrived yet, and to call back within the hour but instead the Post Office called me back within minutes of my parcel arriving.Very friendly service and well mannered

This is the 3rd post office in the area which is 'temporarily closed', Humber Road, Bromleigh Drive and now Binley Road as well?So sad, what is happening, why are they struggling?
