If you want great advice, find the retired fireman, usually near the boots/shoes section.Went during the Black Friday deals, so I spent the same amount of money for loads more gear.

Visited this store last Saturday afternoon to send a parcel through evri. I was having trouble printing off a label for my parcel and a helpful member of staff came over to help me. He was very cheerful and friendly. My little grandson was getting restless and grumpy so another member of staff chatted to him and offered him a balloon which cheered him up. She made his day. I visit this store often to buy camping equipment and outdoor clothing for my family. I also buy refill gas here. Every time I'm greeted by a cheerful, informative, professional member of staff.

Excellent service today when I went to get some boots for an upcoming trek. Very helpful and listened to what I needed. Said if any issues just bring them back. Big store with parking and lots of other outdoor stuff. Members card was a fiver and saved me much more just today. Will need more stuff before I go and will be back for sure

I do like this store. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I love the fact with Go Outdoors stores, you can take your dog in too. Today was our rescue dog's first trip into a G.O. store. She absolutely loved the Keeper of Biscuits". It's a good sized store with plenty of variation of stock. Definitely recommend!"

Love to go, go outdoors, they always have what I need for a camp out . Prices are quite reasonable, never a problem if anything needs to be returned, as long as you keep your receipt. Staff are very helpful and chatty . They have changing rooms should you need them . The store is dog friendly with treats and water bowl. Nice clean toilets...

It is a really good shop will stocked and you will get what you need for your next outdoor adventure or gym sessionI like the amount of space in this shop and the fact that staff don't bother you and that they are around when you need to ask them questions reg sizes etcit is my fav shop and would recommend it anytimethank you

Went for some sunhats and was able to purchase an extra large for my husband and an adjustable ladies one for myself. That's the first time I have been able to get some that fit. Both were a good price and happy with everything. My only thing was that there was no choice for me.
