WOW!Where to start!It was our first hot air balloon ride and it was amazing.Anyone thinking of doing this with Chris and Claire just needs to book it, you won’t regret it.We had a lovely flight as the sun was setting over Wells and Glastonbury Tor.Chris was happy to answer all of our questions whilst we were up in the air and giving us lots of history about the area we could see. We even managed to fly over the lovely barn we were staying at, which was an added bonus.Claire and Chris were so lovely and responsive, I was planning to propose to my partner once we had landed and they did everything they could to make it run as smoothly as possible!It was an absolutely wonderful experience all round.Thank you for everything and making us feel comfortable and safe the whole time.Jenni and Leanne

I had the most incredible experience with Chris Monk Ballooning! My surprise engagement was nothing short of magical, all thanks to their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire journey. The hot air balloon ride itself was breathtaking, offering stunning views that set the perfect backdrop for the big moment. I can't thank Chris Monk Ballooning enough for their part in making our engagement so special. Five stars doesn't seem like enough – they truly deserve every accolade for their outstanding service!

I would highly recommend Chris Monk Ballooning. The personal touch started the moment I contacted them on planning a proposal on the flight. They offered to help with planning and customised the experience to every single detail, and they spent time liaising local printer for banner, local florist for flowers and prepared a nice celebratory champagne. When our original flight postponed due to the poor weather and they were so considerate that they made the ever effort and managed to fly us from near Bath (closer to where we stayed). All these personal touch made the special flight truly memorable for life.

We had a specific route that we wished to do and it was organised perfectly. Chris and Claire are very professional and looked after us superbly - we loved the whole experience. We would definitely recommend them.
