Very bad phone shop . No good customer service. My wife came to the shop, a member of staff told my wife that the rugs was on sale for £20, then when I turned to the shop to buy I was told it was £65. Member of staff lied to my wife caused a lot of inconvenience as I had to drag a small baby to the shop. A very unprofessional shop. Please look at the response by the owner. Accusing a customer of theft. Please go this shops completion for better service. Owner could have Clarified any misunderstanding without being so rude and unprofessional. This is the only shop in Medway where “Customer is not right”. The shop has no customer service skills. Stay Away.

Took a iphone xr in for a screen repair £40 in cash ,no receip or proof they did it . Told 40 minutesPhone screen was popped in one corner and wasnt sitting flush like the rest of it ( not noticed till i got home ) had it repaired by another shop due to screen issues as it went black with different colour lines . They took it apart to find screws that held bits in under screen were missing hence why it wasnt flush on phone . I know it will be denied due to them giving me no proof it was them that took it originally but would avoid as thats such dodgy behaviour

Ramz repaired my phone in 30 minutes when Pav down the road said it would take him 3 days. Great prices friendly service.

Mani fixed my samsung galaxy fold lcd the next day when everyone else said a week, they were also the fairest priced.

Went for A iPhone 13 Screen repair,Was completed within 30 mins. Absolute great service provided by Mandeep. Hope to deal with you guys again. Thanks for the great Experience!

PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP!THEY BEEN CHANGING PHONE SCREEN ALL MONTH,KEEP SAYING TO COME NEXT DAY AND WILL BE READY,IN THE END THEY HAVE ATTCHED A SMALLER SCREEN LEAVING A PHONE WITH GAPS ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM -AND HE ADVICED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PHONE !!!!! REFUSED TO GIVE MONEY BACK ,LYING AND DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PHONES !!!!!

Friendly staff with brilliant customer service. They never disappoint and everyone should visit for all phone repairs and vapes. Mandeep fixed my IPhone 12 screen within 1 hour and it felt brand new. Highly recommend!

Just like the previous reviewer mentioned avoid at all cost. Very dishonest and can't be trusted. My elderly mother, brought and paid for a lovely £80 black and gold carpet, from this shop. She requested home delivery. However the delivery guy turned up with 2 grey carpets to choose from instead. She was told the carpet she originally ordered, was now unavailable because something had got spilled on it. The man insisted she take one of the grey ones instead. She said no. She was then told to come in store for a refund. A few days later, I came to the store, with my mother for the refund. However when we requested the refund, they tried to force us, to accept a completely different, ugly looking Lv" replica carpet in black and silver. They were determined not to give us the money back. It was not the same design or colour
