The washing machines are very tiny. It seems this is regular in the UK. We went to this location because it was close to our hotel but the area seems a bit sketchy. Clothes came out nice and clean. The dryers are really old and a little too rough on fabrics.

Very nice manager. Very helpful and attentive. The machines use older coins and the business has them and washing supplies

Lost a star.Fewer dryers and the cost per machine has doubled. Small machine £5, only one big machine now at £8. Dryers up from 20p to 50p per 3 minutes.There used to be more floor space but the recent detrimental" conversations have consumed that. It's crowded with only four people in the shop."

Extremely friendly. We were staying at the Hilton Kensington and needed to wash some clothes. We got to The Launderette at 8:15 to learn that it didn't open until 9am. The attendant arrived just then and let us in and provided change. He could have just said wait until 9. This allowed us to get our wash done early and enjoy more time seeing London. If you have to do wash, definitely go here!

Ruined my wife's panties... extremely rude attendant who charges different values for the same load size depending on the day... truly a terrible attitude from staff.

Great customer service. They topped up my machine when it finished while I stepped out and they stayed open a bit late to let me finish the cycle. Happy customer.

I came before 9 had to wait in cold until 9:05 that was my mistake , Staff are nice helpful 4 old pounds for washing 30 minutes 50p for 2 minutes drying only so you need to dry the clothes at least 3 times
