Many thanks to Chris the Manger, got us in at 22:50 , we arrived 7 mins late but was still friendly and welcoming and allowed us to still get in 2 games of bowling , drinks were nice and had a fab time , cheers :)

Good bowling alley with good social distancing measures in place. You can order food and drinks to the alley from your table.Large car park here.I wouldn't visit this one again, just because the atmosphere wasn't as fun as it is at other bowling chains. It was good to pass a bit of time, but with 2 people and 2 games, it was done in 30 minutes.Staff were very friendly and helpful.High standard of cleaning.

Great fun was had by all on a Works social for 30+ people! The Ten Pin Bowling Alley does look a little tired & dated but the score boards / display boards looked up to date & worked well. Would come here again as I really enjoyed the 2 games I played

Good enough bowling alley with friendly service and cheap drinks. The carpark however, is a whole different story... I appreciate it is not run by Tenpin however the company that does run it sent me a parking ticket despite me paying for parking with cash in the machine. The offence" took place in September and the fine turned up 6 weeks later

Situated on a mainly empty commercial park the bowling centre looks very poor from the outside, inside is better but not great , the alleys were OK and the staff very friendly. Be careful of the parking if you are visiting, pay as soon as possible when you arrive and leave within your time or you'll probably get a £60 parking ticket.

Considering it’s the only bowling alley around for miles you would think that they would make more of an effort with the place. Although it’s reasonable value for money, the whole place is filthy!! The outside is filthy! The walls are covered in horrid slimy moss due to broken guttering. If it wasn’t for the lights the place would look abandoned, like the whole area. The entrance is dated and carpet worn. The staff are not too overly keen to assist and their uniforms match the environment! Scruffy! The toilets are cold and dirty and no soap in the dispensers and they smell. There is a prime opportunity to make this something wonderful. If it wasn’t for the family meeting there I would not go here!

Extremely dirty throughout, slow service, uninterested staff. Had my daughter’s birthday party there and despite us asking when the birthday cakes were done 20 minutes before the end they still completely forgot to do hers. All of the guests had left and we were still waiting for hers to be done. It never was.Just put the cherry on an absolutely hellish couple of weeks for our family.2 stars because at least they got to bowl and the coffee was ok. Pizza was apparently like glue though.

I visited the center with a group of friends. We were served by a man called Chris, who I think was a manager, and he was very rude and abrupt whilst serving us. As we were walking in, he was speaking to a staff member in an awful manner and it really shocked us and made us feel awkward. We went back for a second game and was served by a woman called Lisa, and she seemed to be in a bad mood, taking it out on the staff who didn’t seem to have done anything wrong. The staff were actually really friendly when they served us at the bar and were out cleaning the lanes. Those “managers” though kind of ruined the experience.

AVOID! Not only is this an ageing, poorly managed bowling centre but we have just received a fine in the post for parking charges for the carpark.. I booked for the 7 of us to have a bowling session at Tenpin. On arrival, without prior notification, we were directed to two lanes instead of one. This was clearly a cost saving exercise on behalf of the centre and we had to split into a group of 3 and group of 4.. why you would want to play this way I have no idea. Barriers are automatically up on all lanes and it was hard to find assistance to correct this. It was noisy, lacking atmosphere, not very clean and dingy. Bowling is a favourite pastime for us and we have been to so many great centres, it was a shock to see the popularity of this one and it’s clearly based solely on it being the only centre in the vicinity. Really disappointing.
