UK Vein Clinic Manchester

From the first telephone call to post procedures the staff at UK Vein Clinic have been polite, efficient, friendly and helpful and even now after my treatments, the door remains open for me to go back if I am not happy with the result. It has taken me decades to pluck up the courage to have my varicose veins sorted out and I really wish I had done it a long time ago and been able to enjoy wearing dresses and swimming costumes proudly rather than scuttling around in trousers and hiding behind long beachwear hoping the wind wouldn't blow my cover! I was nervous of the procedure and thought my veins must surely be the worst in the world however it was nowhere near as bad as I had anticipated, the staff let me choose the music I liked and chatted with me throughout. A little discomfort but so worth it, I am now proud of my legs.Thank you to everybody at UK Vein Clinic for giving me back some confidence and for being so lovely. Noelle

Had EVLT done including phlebotomies on both legs at age 23 as soon as I removed the stocking, the area where I had a bulging vein was now covered in spider veins and smaller veins as if the procedure caused them to erupt. Within 3 weeks i bad new larger veins appearing all over my left leg. I know they can worsen over time but this was immediate when the whole purpose of EVLT is to get to the source.of the problem by sealing my deep vein.I went back and they said everything is fine.I went to the Whitley clinic for a second opinion. They said they cannot see any evidence of procedure in my left leg at all. That the deep vein doesn't even look as if it has been lasered and is still in use - which explains the new varicose veins appearing.The right leg they said can be seen to have been lasered but has reopened 75%. They couldn't believe it has been operated on and said this is cheap tools or lack of expertise.This cost a lot of money and it was wasted.I then paid 10k to get this fixed which worked but this shoudnt've needed to happen.

I am so happy with my leg,l had a huge hot and awful vain removed and it's been the best thing l have done for myself. I recommend this vain clinic to anybody..
