I have used Warsop Motor Company for just over three years. From walking through the door to take a look at a new car I have never before been so impressed with a car sales business.Not one ounce of pressure is applied during their whole sales proposition. Just good, solid information and the first price is always the best price here. No running around trying to get a few quid off the sales manager! They call when they say they will and you never have to press for contact.Superb after sales follows. The team at reception are incredibly efficient and friendly, as are the service team and mechanics. Nothing is too much trouble.My family have since used WMC for three further purchases and they all take the same view. Superb!

Absolutely Outstanding! If you love your Ford take your vehicle here. Competitively priced. First class service and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have a Ford Focus RS and they made me feel so special. I felt like they treated the car like it was their own-I knew my car was in good hands. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every single team member knew about my car-the staff communicate and care. They’ve gone above and beyond to make this dealership the best one I’ve ever been to!

Excellent service from Martyn from start to finish. Helped me find best finance options, sort the tax before driving away and let me take a long time on my test drive and spend plenty time alone looking at the vehicle. This was really appreciated as at many dealers they are constantly all over you and heavy pressure from the sales team - this was not the case here at all. Really felt he wanted me to get the right car for me, not just make a quick sale. As a woman shopping alone this was very appreciated. Even got collected from the train station which was really handy and made the collection much easier as had a way to travel.Would highly recommend.

The sales staff are great and the after sales service you get is second to none. A great local company that we will continue to use for many years to come.

Dodged main dealers for years, this was a mistake on my part.Recently had a full service, mot and starter motor changed and I have to say the level of service and speed of work is brilliant.The two ladies on service desk are very friendly and knowledgeable and mechanics advise on any issues they see.They did not try to push any repairs or upsell.Will gladly use again.
