I registered with Lynn at the tinies Northamptonshire branch many years ago.In my personal experience I've always found Lynn very lovely, honest and very supportive.I've had a few temp nanny and nursery jobs and I've always received brilliant communication before and after each role.I had concerns about one nursery I was working in and explained to Lynn my concerns and felt she really listened, cared and took on board what I had said and was very supportive, then I got feedback later on too regarding my concerns.Lynn has always been very quick with replying to messages and emails.I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone wanting to register with the agency who wants to feel like a valid nanny and not just a number and who will be fully supported before, during and after any position.

I have been with Tinies for a few months now and it was by far the best decision I made to work around my young children and family commitments. Lynn and Lorraine are so lovely and they are at the end of the phone/email very quickly if I need help with anything.Before joining Tinies I was a bit sceptical about agency work in case there wasn’t enough work however, I have always got work and offered more if I want it.
