Purchased my first Coach bag and received unbelievably amazing service from Rochelle and all the staff in the store! They all made me feel really welcome and comfortable but also knew all about the products and how to match my style - thank you!!

I am really thankful to the beautiful and brilliant (Ksenija) she is very helpful and patient. I would recommend asking about her when first arrive to the store she will guide you and help you shopping and choosing.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve encountered. Helena who was serving me deserves a promotion or a raise - she could not have been a more eloquent or personable and I personally think Coach is lucky to have her working there.She spent a full hour with me as I chose a variety of things to purchase and made me feel like we had known each other for years.This is what makes a person stay with a brand, the loyalty lies in the people who look after to you as equally as the product quality in my opinion.I’ve been a loyalty customer for some number of years now and this has only strengthened the experience.Helena if you happen to see this, thank you for being so wonderful.

Visited this store today to compare a handbag I had seen in John Lewis.The assistant was beyond helpful,pleasant,knowledgeable and really did help me make a decision.She was really patient while I looked at various handbags,didnt rush me and thanks to her I looked beyond my original favourite and decided to purchase from Coach rather than John Lewis as customer service was so amazing.I didn't catch her name unfortunately but there were actually two ladies serving and both were brilliant.Thanks to this lady I have my gorgeous new handbag and would highly recommend this shop and it's staff.
