Fran is amazing. She’s flexible and communicates well. The children love her and look forward to her “visits”. She is excellent at controlling the sibling arguments! Fran often looks after my primary school age kids at home, and when she leaves it’s like no one has been at home! All toys tidy and neat. 5* review and highly recommend.
