I’m not impressed with crafted cheap goods

I met with this company recently at a craft fayre down Cardiff Bay. I wanted a wooden plaque with mums shed on it as there was one saying Dads shed carved out of wood as well as many others.The man said he would post and it would take 3 days to carve and send.A month later it had still not been received so I rang the company to be told he had posted it. I said I had not received it so he said he would post another.2 weeks later it has still not arrived so I rang with no response then txted the phone. He did answer me by txt and said it would be posted ASAP. A week later it arrived and was so not the item I had requested, Instead of the wooden plaque being carved it was written in childish print with a felt pen in capitals and lower case...a terrible job.I phoned then txted with no response ...eventually he answered me saying he never carved anything...I asked for my money back which to be fair he has sent but in an envelope with no name on it and no letter inside,,,I am not sure it this is how they carry out buisness in Neath but this is Penarth!!!Buy at your peril!!!
