Be Yourself Counselling

I've been having sessions with Laura for nearly 18 months and I can honestly say it's been worth every second. I approached Laura as part of my own Counselling Training to fulfill my requirement of personal therapy. I've never had anyone make me feel so comfortable and welcome and this really helped me to open up about a lot of issues I didn't even know I needed to face. She's supported me through some difficult times and I'm truly grateful for the chance to work with her.

It was an absolute pleasure to be guided by Laura through our sessions. She’s been patient, kind and accepting. She gave me tools to manage my mental health and gave me a safe space to express my emotions. I am so glad she was part of my healing process.
