Charing Cross Post Office

The staff in this post office are consistently so well mannered and friendly. Picking up items from the counter is fab - it is always very well organised and parcels are located quickly. Also, the Post Office has a great selection of cards.

Decent post office but the hours online (Royal Mail website and Google) are different from their actual hours (09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri) - they are not open on Saturdays.

Been going to this post office for nearly a year now and every time I visit, I always get the best customer service. Ryan and Sophie are always so helpful and I hardly ever have to wait in a Queue. Best Post Office in Glasgow

Brilliant service the staff are always polite and helpful except the heavy set Asian female whom has recently started working there just a blabber from a previous post office trult amazes me how some asians think they know you inside out after going to there shop a few times

I'd just like to issue an extra-special thank-you to your wonderful Post Office Counter staff. In the last few weeks I've been running an extensive clear-out of old clothes and junk via eBay, and have been bringing bags and bags of postage most lunch times.Both Britt and Karen (really hoping I got these names right!) have been tremendous and full of useful advice regarding this. It's been a pleasure to visit Penny Black so frequently.Compared to my experience of my local town Post Office (Bellshill) you are absolutely streets ahead in service and attitude.
