Just completed our house purchase, then sale of our old property shortly afterwards, with Derbyshire Properties. Very professional, friendly and attentive service right from our first viewing of our new property (with Jason), placing our old house on the market (Matt) and the regular follow-up from Amy and Georgia in the Belper office to make sure everything was completed.The marketing materials (house description / photos, etc) were very well done.We would strongly recommend DP to anyone in the area looking for a new house or to put their own property on the market - or both!
