Lily's Nails

I had my nails done 3 weeks ago for the first time is years and loved them. Acrylic tips French manicure shellac. Perfect. . £40.I thought I’d go back for in fills & pedicure. I was told on phone £30 infills shellac £25 pedicure normal mail polish. . So I Treated myself after a touch week. Sadly the young guy was no longer there. So a another young man was doing them for me. . At first I was happy but when I questioned the length of my nails & the shape I wanted the young lady told me to wait till he did the dipping powder , which I questioned the colour & asked to see the circle of colour choices . Again the girl who worked there questioned me & was very rude & abrupt to me. I was shocked how rude she was.. I wasn’t happy and I tried to explain myself but she reduced me to tears with No apologie!.. The young guy gave me a tissue .. I had to keep my cool bite my lip & be quiet !.. . The guy was happy to oblige me& then redo the white tips as they were awful.. he felt awkward & I couldn’t wait for them to be done & leave . Then they charged me £65. I questioned this as it was £10 more & she rudely told me it was £65. I paid and left as they are terrible. Red nail polish around my short toenails & white French manicure spots missing on the ends of the nails. … it’s must have been a bad day for them as it was for me. ! #money wasted

Don't bother going to any other nail salon in Essex, these guys are amazing !! They create your nails how you want them, from gels to special designs or powder and if your having a pedicure they won't let you down they are fab at that too, their customer service is 10/10, the staff are brilliant, truly skilled. You won't be disappointed, we are blessed to have them right here in Essex. They have a customer for life with me.

I went here to get my nails done. Service was horrible. I got an infill for “£20” they painted my nails with normal nail varnish. I was in shock. It was all over my hands as well and looked like a 10 year old painted them. After some consultation I decided to go back and complain. I told them I was a student and a simple white set to look like this for the money I paid was unacceptable. They lied to me and said it was an £8 fix and they would paint it with gel polish (like they were originally supposed to). They did it not even the way I wanted and then proceeded to charge me £10. Coming here for an infill and leaving with £30 out of my bank account for a one colour set is unfathomable. I’m in shock and disgraced. I am never coming her again.PS: The service people were rude and aggressive with my hands

So disappointed, (20th August) we took our daughter to have her nails done at Lily’s as a treat because she remains in specialist hospital care in Kent. However the M25 made them late by 15mins. When they arrived the young lady was annoyed and showed it in her style, she wouldn’t help them choose the colours and comments re our daughters wonky nails were not helpful. It was the worst experience that any mum and young daughter could have.12 months ago our daughter was intensive care and she remains in specialist care but soon to be home. Our daughters nails, hair etc were all affected by last years situation and didn’t need to be reminded in such an aggressive way.In the end, my wife and daughter just had the previous varnish removed and left the shop with the worst experience for a young girl who is trying to integrate back in the community.The trouble is people will never know what’s going on in other people’s lives therefore a bit of patience, care and respect always goes a long way - On the 20th, none of that was shown at Lily’s...disappointing experience that affected our daughter.

I have bitten my nails for years and really wanted long, lovely nails. I arrived at Lily's Nails hoping they could extend my nails, even if it was just a little bit. A male member of staff provided these gorgeous, acrylic extensions. He was polite, attentive, took his time. I will definitely return to Lily's Nails, thank you!

I’ve been (yet again) to my fav!!! Love this nail salon. Always my go to. Mandy and her staff are so lovely, welcoming and they know you! So lovely to go there and feel like old friends !! I’ve had so many compliments on my nails and would not go anywhere else.

Found the workers here quite rude and are easily frustrated when they don't understand what you are asking of them.

I have been going to LiLy nails for over 3 years and cannot fault them. They are always polite and courteous and my nails have always lasted the 3/4 weeks till my next apt. I often turn up with a picture of a design I like and Becky always delivers. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fab my nails always look incredible, they last almost 4 weeks which is brilliant. I have disabilitys and get really well looked after. Would absolutely recommend 100%.
