Booked an online consultation with the Ipswich branch for 11.00am today, all confirmed with several emails and text messages. At 10.45 I called the branch and spoke to Mark as I hadn't received the dial in details. He assured me they would be with me just before the meeting was due to start. At 11.00am I still hadn't received any notification. I tried to call the showroom on exactly the same number I had called 15 minutes earlier only to receive an automated message telling me the number was not in use. Very poor service, my husband and I had both booked time off work to be available.

It's easy to book an appointment, good customer service. However, prices slightly higher then average, not much to choose from, small showroom.

Had our magnet kitchen delivered and installed 3 weeks ago. There was a couple of items that had to be changed but that was our fault not theres.Our kitchen fitter phoned up the girls ( shami and Leigh ) and was quite abusive to them by all accounts. They dealt with him very professionaly and the service they gave us through out was excellent.Nothing was too much trouble.the quality of the kitchen is excellent and will last for many years to come. Again a big thank you to leigh and shami for all there help and patience. Would highly recommend magnet kitchens.Best time to buy is in the half price sale as it would be to expensive otherwise.

Showroom has been updated and had a major refit to showcase kitchens, looks bright, clean and very well presented.The trade department is still work in progress with new displays/fixtures being installed. Great service by a great team.
