Drive 20 miles after finishing work to fill up here as I’m a ShellGo+ customer. Arrived here with my petrol light on and there’s no petrol! Went in to ask and just received a dismissive response. I wasn’t happy as this is the ONLY station I use!

Went into get bits , person behind till trying to overcharge ,when he could clearly see the price in front of him ( luckily after him calling manager I was charged right amount )So please keep note of prices

Been filling up all of my cars and motorcycles here for years, despite there being a BP station closer to me. But tonight they refused to turn on the pump unless I took off my helmet, shouting something inaudible over the tannoy, so I went inside, but they still refused unless I took off my helmet and buff. First time ever. BP it is from now on.

I was served by a man named Khalid, he was wonderful and really brightened my day. He had a brilliant attitude, and made me and my partner feel welcomed. He was very friendly and easy to get along with, he continued to smile the whole time. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.

A year ago I went with family to use the car wash on a Friday afternoon. my grandad went to pay in shop for the car wash however they told us it was out of order! I don't know if they do this now but they should have an out of order sign so people come know its broken when they arrive at the garage.

Can a manager or senior of this garage give me a contact number ASAP please regarding your fuel. I believe you have an issue with it as my car is running rough ever since I fuelled up at your station 2 days ago. I am looking to resolve the issue more than anything so other cars don’t get the same. I appreciate mistakes are made so please get in touch by way of response

Usually a friendly place to buy petrol and shop. Today handed in a parcel for Collect Plus service. Whole process was completed without a smile or a word by a bored grim faced assistant. Parcel casually thrown into a skip. My pause when the receipt was handed to me was a reluctant Thank you". A need for staff training here I think..............."

The only petrol station in the area where to find high grade petrol, if you are going to Mallory park race track stop here to fill up.They also found my wallet and helped retrieved it.Kelly was awesome and very helpful.I will come back!

They are fine but I don't understand why the garage is promoting the Shell Maverick Top Gun competition but , both times when I have bought qualifying fuel, they say they don't have any of the cards with the entry code numbers so you can't take part. Sounds like misleading advertising or am I missing something ( literally)?
