We have been so impressed by the service Dan provided. Our floorboards look fantastic and Dan took the time to do extra bits such as levelling some of the boards- which have made all the difference. Outstanding job - my flooring looks brand new and it has been in poor condition prior.Daniel was punctual and perform the job exactly as he promised. Please don't bother getting quotes from anybody else, just hire Dan. He is a friendly, professional and trustworthy young guy who did exactly what he said he would do. He renovated three 1930s Oak floors and they look so good I am tempted to move out so I don't ruin them. Book Dan, you almost certainly wont be disappointed.

Oliver's Property Solutions regularly uses Dan for all our floor sanding work. I was very impressed with the lack of dust during the floor sanding procedure and the finish that Dan uses to seal the floor is amazing.Although Dan is a sub contractor, I have found him to be very reliable and professional and he always turns up on time. I will definitely be using him for any future work.

I can't recommend Fellows Floor Sanding enough! Dan did such a great job sanding and restoring the pine floorboards in our 1930s house. He originally did two rooms downstairs and we loved it so much he has just been back to do our bedroom floor. Very professional, and dust free is a bonus!
