Foundry Gym Kings Heath Birmingham
A new gym to kings heath (opened Jan 2023) that's shaping up to be the best in town. Brand new high quality Hammer Strength machines and nice barbells and plates (both metal and plastic coated) too which easily beat the commercial gyms, as well as cardio equipment, high tech treadmills, etc. Also boxing for those who are into that. Only criticism is the current lack of flat bench presses (only one right now but there's two incline and one decline) and water fountain but these are allegedly coming soon. So far I've not had to wait for any equipment which is nice. Price also reasonable at £30 a month.

Overall I would say they are a good gym, paying £25 a month currently and it’s been good. You get 24/7 Access to the gym showers as-well and good equipment, only downfall I have about this gym is that they do not have AC. I’m paying £25 for a gym that does not even have an AC. You see gyms charging less then £25 a month and they all have ACs. While I do my workout it gets too hot to a point where I can’t stand it. This is why I’ve left it with 3 stars due to them not having an AC which is such a important thing to have if you own a gym should be number 1 priority

Good gym got everything you need really, wether your going heavy weight training to cardio. Great variety of equipment to ensure you can train everything. Dumbbells go up to 70kg.Theres a selection of free weights and machine to suit all

Fantastic new gym, spacious, high spec equipment and great vibe. A far better gym than the 'usual' generic and impersonal brands on the high street, this offers an affordable and completely rewarding experience.

Really loved coming here to train with my new friends brilliant place Really clean and the atmosphere was electric everyone really nice and the equipment is second to none hope to one be as big as some others

Went for the experience, was crowded at 5pm on a Friday afternoon no lockers for your stuff so every one had their bags and clothes and stuff all over the floor. You have to be careful you don't step on peoples stuff as you struggle to get to the back of the gym. toilets are wide open and to get to the lockers you have to travel through the entire gym to the back, kinda hot too so keep that in mind

Good gym with a lot of nice equipment. Newly done up and is good for people who are more than casual gym goers. One thing I don’t like is the people that attend sometimes do not have the best attitude. The place is great however. You go up a long flight of stairs which is a workout in itself.

Great gym, great people. 24hrs open and conveniently situated in yhe middle of the High St. Plus there's nothing like that climb up the stairs to get you in the mood for a gruelling session. Quality. I love it!!!!

Never felt more comfortable in a gym before. I’ve trained at multi gyms over the years and it’s fair to stay the staff make this place. Don’t get me wrong the equipment is epic and they are always investing in this. But the vibe and feeling you get is unmatched.
