The staff is calm and nice. They are out of food most of the times. False advertisement at times, at till the total is more than advertised.

Nothing in stock between 5pm & 6pm when I pop in after work because of the obsession with Good to Go bags…What about the people who want to pick up something for dinner, working from home the following day or missed lunch?!Won’t be going in future as waste of time…

Hardly ever any sandwiches or hot food at lunch time, shelves completely empty at 1pm. Pointless them being open till 7pm, when all you can get is a coffee. Plus if you did want just a coffee your not going to go to Greggs are you, people go there for the food which they never have none

JAKE was so unbelievably helpful in arranging my little boys party platters… he literally couldn’t have done more! So so nice, nothing was too much trouble and I would now only ever come back here. The service I would expect from a high-end restaurant. Food was perfectly presented, fresh and ready on time. Thank you Jake!

Ordered 2 bacon roll meal deals via just eat and they only sent one, shop promised me 2 complimentary donuts with my next order as an apology but did not send them. Called shop again and staff member gave me a load of excuses and hung up, then took the phone off the hook so I could not call back. Do not use this place, they have no customer service and take no responsibility for anything they blame everything on the drivers!

Fresh sandwiches and hot coffee. They sometimes run out of tuna sandwich during my lunch time. Quick service and staff is always smiling.
