Today we went to pizza hut. Our server was Chris and he did an amazing job. we had an amazing meal and great service. But I will mention that if you plan on using the provided knifes to cut the pizza you will have no hope as the knifes are very blunt.Pros:Good food.Great service.Cons:Can get full very quickly.Quite small.Blunt knifes.Overall, a nice pizza hut.Rating:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was my little boys 1st visit to Pizza Hut last week and he absolutely loved it.Lovely welcome by the manager who was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.We all had the buffet which was fantastic, pizza has fresh and hot, as was the pasta. Lots of choice on the well stocked salad bar. Nice and clean couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Next time we must leave room for ice cream. Thank you for going above and beyond

AMAZING SERVICE, WOULD RETURN HAPPILY! Me and my partner went to this restaurant and we were very impressed by the professionalism and the work ethic of the staff that were working the night of the 28th July 2022. It seemed like they were very short staffed and the restaurant was extremely busy. 2 staff members in particular were absolutely outstanding, Charlotte and Steven!I want to thank them two in especially as they were working so hard to make everyone's experience the best they possiblely could given the circumstances of the night! A massive thank you!

Deep pan pizza is oke but the thin one are not. Also why have to be always so cold in the restaurant? My food went from piping hot to cold in 5 min. We can't stayed there more then 15 min. Service not exist because You have to order from phone with table number. I would love to chat with the server at least. And also asking for tip at the pay out?! on the phone !? before You get the food? What for?! Its a joke. I think the whole pizza hut business need to rethink they profile.

Very quiet we went for the buffet. The service was great and all the staff were so helpful. I had a refillable drink and the screen that I i used to refill was very dirty. The food was great however when I first got food some of the older pizzas were very chewy. If you or someone that you're planning on bringing are picky eaters I would maybe rethink as one person we came with would only eat cheese and pepperoni, when we first arrived there was no cheese and only a few slices of pepperoni so we had to wait until more pizza came out. One person i came with had some of the pasta and said it tasted aufull and that the garlic bread just tasted like bread. For any fizzy drinks be prepared to spend about 3.75. Other than that the rest of the food was great and the servers were really friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share

Had the weekday lunch buffet. We were served by a very nice and friendly staff member. She let us choose where we sat in the conservatory bit which was really nice and private. The food was amazing and plentiful - unlimited pizza, pasta and salad. We loved the variety of pizzas they provided - all were hot and tasty! Good price too for £9.99 per person! Definitely recommend.

Outstanding in every way! The welcome we received was genuine and friendly. My teenage son (awkward age) was put at ease, and felt comfortable in a new setting. The food was fresh and regularly replenished. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and staff were available yet always cleaning or busy keeping the space tidy.I was hugely surprised as I expected what is usual for chain-restaurants and the reality was far greater. This was probably one of my most enjoyable meals out for a long time.

Castle Marina Pizza Hut Nottingham. My son chose to have his 9th birthday meal at Pizza Hut and he was very happy with it. On speaking to Chris on the phone to reserve a suitable booth to seat the party. We were then also served by Chris on the day. His service was very good on all levels, taking the order, serving, speaking to the variety of ages including the birthday boy and also for going beyond what he needed to do as a server. A very good experience thanks to Chris and the team. Well Done Castle Marina
