Can’t get hold of them! Terrible service, no response to several calls and emails

Terrible experience, poor correspondence took months just to obtain an appointment, then Leah cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice and ignored me when trying to rebook or get my Groupon refunded. Leah only responded to me via Groupon after a left a 1 star review on booksy saying that she would only consider my refund if I removed my review. So instead I am leaving more reviews so people know not to use the styling shed. I've also reported them to trading standards, they took my money and didn't provide a service.

Booked twice with this salon. First time they changed my appointment to 8pm on a Saturday night which of course is too late. Second time I showed up for my appt, rang the bell and then got a notification that my appointment had been cancelled. Won’t rebook now as they need to be more organised with their diary and I’ve wasted time and petrol getting to an appointment to be cancelled on the door.

I've yet to get an appointment I've rang, text and even left a message on the Facebook page to no avail.

After several unsuccessful attempts of contact to book appointment, I went to the adress that is advertised on Groupon where everyone can see it, therefore is not private, and I had a horrible experience. There is a camera outside the main door so I could be seen when knowcked on door by whoever have acess but despite having a open business and advertising on Groupon this lady first words to me ( despite me having her 2 dogs all over me ) were who was I and why was I knocking on her door.I explained situation and was told that that was her house, private property and I should not be there.Extremely rude, bad attitude. If dont want Costumers to go there should not have her private" house as business address.Immediately I asked a refund from Groupon.Hope no one else have such a HORRIBLE welcoming to the " salon"."

What a great experience I had with Leah. Very welcome and knew how to keep a conversation flowing! And my hair is so much better than I had pictured it! Thank you
