Always had good customer service here, friendly knowledgeable staff. They are really quick on the click and collect (usually under 10 mins - faster than I can drive there). No hassles with returns. All good.

Really great service from colin and dan on easter Saturday, they most likely didn't want to be working, but they were in good spirits and very friendly. Special shout out to colin who helped me find the correct product to fix my lawn mower cabal. Thank you so much, my garden looks lovely now :-)

Really satisfied with my Toolstation experience. The team were running around like little ants making sure everything was running smoothly and the chap wearing the pirate costume that served me was a wonderful bloke. I think his name was Neale but he had his name badge on upside down so he may have actually been Alien or something. There was also a very hairy chap called Matt, staring into space in the car park who after I’d woken him from his dazed state welcomed me to the store as he was about to start work. He’d just finished putting on a pair of boots and took the time to ask me if I could tie his shoelaces as they confused him. It was wonderful to be invited into the store by Matt, he really knows how to treat customers and should be given some kind of making the customer happy position within the store. Maybe make him a tea boy or something similar once we’re through the pandemic. It’s staff like this make the experience so much better. All in all it was a great experience and I shall be returning.

WOW; that's impressive.I placed an order and within seconds I had both an email and a text message to tell me that my goods were ready for collection, at the Click and Collect counter. The member of staff who served me was friendly and helpful. This was my first trip out in months and it was a success, thanks to your staff.I'm a first-time customer with Toolstation, but will definitely use them again. Very happy with the quality of the goods also.

I chose Toolstation as I received one of their catalogues. Went armed with a list but as they seemed so lacking in knowledge, disinterested in my needs and none of what I wanted was in stock I gave up after asking for the first five items I needed. I went across the road to Screwfix, got treated as a valued customer by someone who knew their stock and could give advice. Got most of what I needed and the Toolstation catalogue is in the bin.

Ordered online, and click and collect was quick and easy. Staff seemed friendly, was in and out so quick hard to tell. Prices are competitive and have been happy with the quality.
