Greenacres Glamping

Visited with our young grandson who loved it. Well maintained site and our Robin tent was well equipped with all we needed - even a heater at times! Am immediate response from the owner when I couldn't work out how to switch it on too was very welcome. Recommend a visit to nearby Puzzlewood if you go with children. Magical!

This glamping experience was outstanding. Firstly, it's local to some great places for both hiking and browsing and the local shop was very fulfilling. It's very clean, beautiful and the tent looked small from the outside but was huge inside.Definitely recommend if you want a glamping experience that's outstanding.

Campsite is located on a noisy road, you can hear noisy motorbikes and lorries at all hours of the night, and you are basically camping in someone's garden.The Robin tent we stayed in was run down, and the bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, dog hair on the blankets, and smelt of dogs. They charge extra for dog owners to get the accommodation clean so no excuses.If you have any problems you can only ring as there is no-one to contact face to face, so with no signal you can't report any issues. Then the issues that do arise they charge you for at the end of your stay, and insinuate you are lying for not being able to report the problems.Dogs were allowed in the showers and toilets which meant not being able to use the facilities with a dog allergy.Only interested in your money.Extremely disappointing stay and would seriously avoid!!!!

Fantastic service. As my partner said; he'd never stayed in a hotel room as nice. Emma answered all our (many) enquires so quickly, with good grace. The little kitchenette that leads onto your personal covered garden bench area is great. Hot spotless showers. Fabulous local shop, amazing roast half hour walk away. Our only complaint was coming home to soon. Re-booked already & I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay
