Layla's Unique Beauty and Nails

I've been previously for a pedicure and it was good. However sadly, my recent experience with getting my nails done wasn't great. The lady who did my nails seemed in a bad mood/not very friendly. She did them way too thick and uneven so they don't look very nice. A shame because the other staff seem really nice and my pedicure was nice, but my nails don't look great. So hard to find a consistent salon!

I have been using this nail parlour for few months and even recommended to friends and family however last week went for an Infill and it was total disaster!! The young girl who normally do my nail caught my broken nail with the machine and you get imagine the pain. It bled a lot. She was apologetic and didn’t charge me for it. What was most upsetting was the fact that the owner did not even ask me if I was ok while my finger was bleeding. She carried on with her customer as normal and totally ignored me. I’m self employed and could not work for 3 days due to the pain caused. So I would definitely avoid this place!!!

I had my nails done at Layla’s 3 weeks ago and I am still absolutely delighted with them! Still look great. I also loved the time to relax, and the quote in the bathroom that says “life might not be perfect, but your nails can be” had such a positive impression on me. Having my nails look nice has helped me feel good, despite stresses, challenges etc. So I wanted to say thank you so much!

Met by a warm and welcoming lady initially but the little girl who claims she was the only one who does dip nails was miserable, unhelpful, nasty, bad attitude. Worst nail salon I have ever been to.

Love getting my nails done here, the best! Staff are lovely and I’m never disappointed with my nails, they always last ages too!

I love my mums nail shop. Every time she does my nails it’s always outstanding. You may think I’m just giving a good review because she is my mother but I’m not, I’m doing this because her work is amazing. The shop is always cleaned regularly and every time I go there to see her I never really see a customer leave dissatisfied. Nothing is ever done unprofessionally nor rushed, I may not go there a lot for my nails but when I do it’s always 100% going to be amazing

The ladies there are amazing my SnS nail last three to four weeks. When one of the nails chipped I rang and they fixed it for me straight away. Absolutely fantastic.

Thui did an amazing job on mine and my friends’ nails. Fantastic service and very friendly manner with all the staff. We will definitely be back here again.

Great place staff lovely and you don't feel rushed. I have to say attentive with your nails.
