Saw the sign on for the fuel station, drove through the little windy roads in the car park to get to it only to find it's closed.vsuch a wste of time and petrol. If their not open turn the sign off and stop wasting everyone's time. Bunch of wasters. I won't be going there again, I'll go to a competent company.

I was working at the College when all the building work was being carried out and this was the first shop I found as I walked down the road. It has all the junk food that us workers buy at break time and lunch time but the prices seem higher than any of their bigger shops which is an annoying way of emptying our wallet's quicker than we want then to be. It was not busy on all the occasions I visited and the choice of food was not anything different apart from less choice. There is nothing particularly wrong with this place but I will not be hurrying to visit it again.

Drove in then straight out again - I do not expect to have to pay to park - the parking is confusing and it looks like Sainsbury’s have leased part of their car park to one of those ‘less than reputable’ parking fine companies. Not good brand association if you ask me.

This a useful local store me. Particularly impressed yesterday when they emailed me after I'd inadvertently left my credit card behind, and I was able to get it back promptly. Thanks to the staff and particularly to Amy for your professionalism, courtesy and competence. I must say your arrangements for social distancing (COVID 19 virus) are first rate.

it's like a big sainsbury's... but smaller. the staff are helpful and good, the shelves are full of decent wiffle waffle, you can't knock it really. it's a convenient convenience shop in chipsandhamland innit;)

Bizarrely overpriced, good selection, surprisingly fast on the tills. Although I suspect they only have fast service from scaring away the bulk of their potential customers with their high prices. There's a Tesco just over the footbridge, and the town centre down the hill - both a short distance away. Nearby advertising of these cheaper shops, maybe in the Rail station, would be an interesting experiment.Good for eating on the go: Bakery, sandwiches & rolls, other fresh food - it's all there. Maybe they're primarily targeting non-locals using the Rail station.
