Cannot recommend this company enough. The showroom has so much choice and you can see examples of all different types of installs and stoves. The pricing is fair and no pressure selling. But mainly impressed by the guys who did the installation who were probably the cleanest workers we've ever had, and their care and attention to detail was phenomenal. Thank you!

Top notch service from start to finish. Phoenix Fires have just replaced our dated stoves for more efficient modern ones. The lads were here for a full day, at the end of the job my house was exactly the same as when they started! Clean tidy and very polite team of lads. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Just had my dual fuel stove serviced and chimney swept by Phoenix fires. Nice and friendly local company, lovely and helpful on the phone when I booked, followed by a follow up call to confirm dates and time.The two gentlemen that came were friendly and very professional. They ensured everything was protected (floors on route in to house and to fire and everything near the fire) they did a thorough job, explained what they had done and reassured me all was good (I’ve never had a stove before and was worried about seals and stuff) even gave me a few tips on how to get the best out of my stove. They left the place immaculate and even offered to get the fire going for me before they left! Top lads. Highly recommend!

The most professional workmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in my home. They went above and beyond to protect our living room and all the items in it. They put everything back to how it was and completely cleaned the place so I didn’t have to worry about it. We ended up having a more complex fireplace than we all initially thought but the team kept me and my partner well informed of the issues and all possible solutions to make sure we got the fireplace we wanted. We really couldn’t have asked for more and we are still absolutely in awe of our new fireplace and how amazing it has made our living room look now. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Phoenix Fires. have installed (well, reinstalled!) our stove today. Safe to say the company who originally installed it didn’t do a very good job! I can’t praise the company enough (especially Matt) who have been absolutely superb throughout. I cannot believe the difference in the installation from the first company and how neat it is. The drilling through the massive terraced wall to the outside was so well done and hardly left any dust. The overall finish is top notch.Anyone who is thinking of having a stove installed I highly recommend Phoenix.
