We purchased an Arctic Spa hot tub from Ricky over 3 years ago, following a lovely visit to the showroom. We were very impressed by the knowledge and advice given and found Ricky and the team very trustworthy. The installation by the team was very professional and friendly, everything to do with the maintenance and chemicals was explained thoroughly. We have since purchased spa chemicals and accessories from them and found them to be very reasonable. On the odd occasion we have had to contact Ricky and the team for advice, we have always found them to be very helpful and have even visited to offer advice and assistance when needed. It goes without saying that their customer service is second to none and I have no problem recommending them and have done on many occasions.Thank you. Jason

We had the use of the chill tub after a rugby match at the weekend, and what a difference it made! The next day the difference was massively noticeable and felt like a different person compared to other weekends. Would love to have the use of it every week!

really disappointed with the service received from Ricky and his team. We purchased a tub a couple of years ago and had regular services from them. We called them out over the summer to repair a problem with the tub and they failed to turn up to 3 consecutive appointments. We called to discuss and the staff were very rude and said they were to busy to help. Would no longer recommend and will not use them again.

I use the hot tub regularly after playing rugby and it helps with recovery so much. Yesterday I tried the cold tub straight after the game and any stiffness and pain went instantly. I felt so much more awake and alert for the rest of the evening.I would highly recommend all of their products, the quality and expertise are the best around!
