They care for a close relative of mine, I do not know what we would do without the lovely carers. Very caring and attend to my aunts needs, nothing phases them and nothing is too much to ask, and my aunt often talks about them, how nice they are. Management do their best to arrange and organize for any requests of us and we couldn't ask for more.

Only put 1 star as I cant leave a review without a star. Absolutely joke of a company. Since my mum was able to come home we were assigned this company. Family weren't told what care company it was assigned. Approx 3mths and she has had about 10 different carers come into her home. Each 1 of them have made the same mistake time and time again. They have missed my mums medication, have gave her lack of protein and carbohydrate requirements per dietary requirements. Family (who are all care professionals ) have had meetings with this company and social work. Made undercooked raw meals. Even though a thermometer probe has been provided. Carers dont know what a probe thermometer is faceless what core temperature a heated meal shoykd be. Do not interact with my mum. Making my mum feel really uneasy in her own home.mum has very low capacity and early dementia. We as a family work very long hours within the care sector and this standard of care is not acceptable. We shouldn't have to come from our work in care to do a care job that another is paid to do. Whole point of my mum getting a care package was to take the pressure of us. This company isn't doent it. Avoid. We as a family have w decided that after too many incidents, phone calls, meetings, next step will be going to the care commission
