Absolutely love this pet shop!I had been past many times but decided to pop in. Loads and loads of options for cats - which other pet stores usually lack.Staff were very helpful, informative and friendly and everything I bought was greatly appreciated by my cats and of high quality at super reasonable prices. As you can see in the photo they love this blanket I bought them!Can't recommend this place enough and I'll be back very soon - I'm sure my cats will appreciate it! ❤️

I have a small Yorkshire Terrier (1350 grams), female, and on 15.08.2023 I used the grooming services from Lichfield. Next day I've noticed she has a twisted nail on the front left paw. The nails were clipped at 3 of the paws, but on the affected one not all the claws have been done, reason why I was thinking this happened during the grooming and Liz, the lady who did the grooming that day, had an attempt to clip these nails too but she stopped after damaging one of them.When I raised this issue with the management team, I've been told they are confident that my dog did not incur the nail injury whilst visiting the salon for her groom. However, the coincidence is too big, and I must say I am very disappointed by their services and the way they wash their hands when an incident like this occurs.

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed and the staff could not have look more annoyed with my dog who has anxiety. From rolling their eyes to aggressively pinning him down. My dog was left absolutely petrified. Will definitely not be coming back.

Took our Cockapoo for a groom. They were quick (an hour) and did a good job. :)

Always get our food supplies from here, Great store, always nice and tidy and cleanSuper helpful and friendly staff!

Lovely little gem of a pet shop. Staff are really nice and helpful. Asking us lots of questions and answering ours. They have a decent range of items to buy and they even offer a puppy salon too

We love this place! Everyone is so friendly and happy and truly care about your furry friends. I don't know if you would pay more or less for the same products but I dont care, it's about the outstanding service we receive every time we stop in, thank you too all the staff!
