Barefoot Crew
Joined as I wanted to do something different, and add to my current exercise routine, I am so glad I did, the group training sessions put you through your paces, never the same workout each time. The trainers are great always motivating and encouraging, and it’s nice exercising with others as you get to see how everyone else improves, and there is a great friendly atmosphere throughout the gym.

Oli runs Barefoot Crew and offers group training, personal training as well as yoga and meditation classes. Having experienced all the above I must say that Oli is a fantastic teacher. He’s an energetic, friendly and well mannered young man. He has a great teaching style which I’ve seen and experienced suits all ages and varying abilities. He’s very informative and always goes that extra mile to make you strive for your best. I must say out of everything I love the group classes best. Doing a bootcamt/hiit fit style training class which then flows into a yoga and meditation class leaves you feeling great. I recommend Barefoot Crew to everyone! Come and see for yourself and feel amazing!

I joined Barefoot Crew about 9 months ago and it is the best thing I've ever done for my health and wellbeing. Oli is a great coach/trainer and has the knowledge to safely create a programme which has enabled me to move again! I have some extremely complex medical issues and Oli has taken the time to understand how these affect me and tailor my fitness programme to get the best out of me. My fitness has improved, my health has improved and medical results have proven that this stuff works! I love my workouts and can't wait to see how I progress in the future. There is a great community in the crew you will never feel like your on your own, thanks Oli and all at Barefoot, you're doing an amazing job!

Great team, they build up your confidence and also advise on ways to keep you motivated and improve one's diet.WhenI started I wanted to loose weight for medical reasons and also just feel fitter. As they say this is a marathon not a sprint, and deliberate steps and stages to achieve your goals.

I used to be a massive gym addict but injuries have set me back and my backs given me daily pain meaning I haven't been able to walk or stand for very long let alone cope with the gym but Oli cleverly assessed me and gave me a rehabilitation programme which is helping me improve my quality of life, decrease pain and move better. Haven't felt this positive in years. So grateful. Not just a normal gym... whether your elite level fitness or at a stand still he will help you move forward and better yourself. Xx

A little over a month ago I hit 18 stone and was finding normal day to day task getting increasingly difficult. Waking up at 4 in the morning every morning and having zero energy to get through the day. The thought of hitting an ego filled gym full of steroid nuts was my worst nightmare. I found the complete opposite with the barefoot crew. Knowledgeable supportive well designed pt and excellent classes increasing in intensity as you grow with the program. My only regret is leaving it so long.

Joining the Barefoot Crew has been the best decision I have ever made for physical and mental health. I have significant physical injuries that have blighted me for 20 years and in just 12 weeks I have gained strength, confidence, motivation and powerful insight.This bespoke service is like no other, exercise plans are tailor made for your specific requirements and whilst not easy they are incredibly effective.Oli and Reese are patient, kind, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable.I have made some lovely friends and honestly feel like I have met my tribe, there are no egos or competitors within the crew.I can't recommend these guys highly enough.Get out of your own way and give it a go, you won't regret it!

Amazing holistic approach to health, these guys not only motivate, they educate you about your body and mindfulness. If you want to get a better picture of yourself and how to holistically improve your overall health come to these guys.I have RA and felt it was always going to be a dominant force in my life, but Oli and his team adapt and support, where now I feel I'm starting to take back control of my body and mind.

I have really enjoyed my first 12 weeks. I have followed a personal yoga plan and attended LISS. The crew are very supportive, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They give advice and have your best interests at heart. Tailored plans specifically for what you want to achieve are in place alongside group work which is always different and the other members are friendly and non-judgemental .
