Go to takeaway for kebabs and parmesans... The pizzas are superb too.... Customer service very high particularly good when one considers their high workload as they are very busy. Quick efficient and the food is cooked perfectly.. And superb large portions... Best in area.

This place used to be very solid.The last time I ordered (Nov '23), there was a noticeable decline in quality.I will order again, and update this review, I really hope it was just a blip - as it'd be a real shame for this place to no longer be my Parmo goto.

the food was ordered at half five and it arrived an hour later, which is odd because we were within the same postcode. the food was nice but i threw up 4 times about two hours after my food. i was ill all weekend.

Fairly simple order of BBQ chicken pizza and chips so nothing really challenging but it was good and reasonably priced I'd certainly go back again

First time I’ve ordered from the pizza shop nice pizza reason for no 5 star rating they screwed my order up by adding jalapeños to the pizza they seemed really busy which could have caused the error. Called them and they did replace the pizza with a new fresh one.

ordered food at 19.45 with an estimate of 20.45. rang at 21.45 (kindly waiting an extra hour) and they didn't even know what we were waiting for. it turned up at 22.10. I could walk there in 10 minutes - the only reason we wanted delivery was because my daughter was visiting, we didnt want to be cooking and she was looking forward to her favourite North east takeaway. Needless to say we won't ask figaros to provide that service on the future!

Ordered for collection, food was ready within 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. Food was spot on couldn’t ask for anything better. Wraps could easily feed 2 people, pizza had plenty of toppings on and was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Pizza nice and crispy cooked spot on, not soaked in oil underneath like you get with some other takeaway shops. Parmo lovely, nice crispy chips. Arrived well within time frame piping hot! Definitely order again.
