I would trust these people with my best friend over any other. They are a shelter for homeless hounds and all proceeds go to the dogs and their care and wellbeing and rehoming.

An amazing place with amazing staff. That have wonderful homeless doggies that are looking for their forever homes. This place is definitely worth going to visit for folk that are looking for a much needed companion.

Contrary to what Google maps states, this place is not a pet supply store it is the base for a dog rescue charity called Homeless Hounds - Dogs in need " . As well as providing care for abandoned dogs they also have kennels and care for your dogs should you need when going on holiday

Great kennels, very caring owner, so well looked after, very clean with heating, home from home for pets, very reasonable prices, and non profitable all goes to charity for animals. Our 2 dogs are there now, i truly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really looked after my two very nervous dogs. They have never been away from us but had to go to a family wedding. Thank goodness I saw Briarcliffe's excellent reviews. It was so hard leaving them but they were fine and obviously very well looked after. I'll never be nervous leaving them there again

Homeless Hounds charity is based here, they're a great charity making a real difference for dogs in the area. Manned by friendly volunteers who put the welfare of the dogs above all else. I've volunteered here and given donations. They are open about the way the kennels are run- anyone can visit and see the dogs they care for/re-home.

These guys deserve medals, as well as running a great boarding kennel they also house and look after lots of homeless dogs for Homeless Hounds. Please donate if you can they need all the help we can give.

Accommodated our little Jack Russell at the last minute when we were let down elsewhere. Nice people, very caring of the animals. Great price. Eddie was full of beans when we returned. We’ll be back!
