Dreadful customer service from what should have been an experienced salesman. Ignored on entry into a empty shop and rude on collection of keys. Go to Skipton, a much nicer team.

Absolutely useless. Car key broke whilst at asda, they didn't have the key in store and said they'd have one by lunch the following day. Rang at lunch and they'd forgot to order it and said they'd get one the following day - they didn't care at all that I needed my car. Had to spend a fortune on taxis and went elsewhere. Worst thing was they took my keys so cost me to pick up my keys and it was their faulty key that I'd purchased 2 months earlier that broke and should have been under warranty. Useless firm who don't care about the urgency that people need their keys ASAP. Had the attitude like your wanting a tin of beans.

I think this shop is appalling! How can an employee ring and order a key in front of your face and give you a receipt with the details stating they’d call Monday / Tuesday (1/2 days later). One week later I turned up (I wasn’t rang like promised) to be told by the same employee that they don’t know anything about the order, it wasn’t ordered and he even went on to state that I was lying about him working on the original date of order and stating he wasn’t the employee who ordered my key the week before ( when he most certainly was). Not only wasn’t I please with the fact I didn’t get my key, I was disappointed with the disrespect given to me as a paying customer.

Went in to get a dog tag for our new puppy's collar. We chose the one we wanted and asked if the engraving could be a bit deeper and clearer than the examples in the shop.Nathan did a great job, we had the name & phone number on one side and address on the other.He went above and beyond to welcome and please all the customers that came in while we were there. A professional job and great customer service.

Went to get a door key cut but didn't bother gone up to £9. For 1 key ! Lock with 2 keys wasn't that expensive !

If you need a car key blade cutting don't go here. They will try and sell you a full key and immobiliser chip for over £100. Go to Birro's in Colne across from the market hall, it cost me £15. A total fraud towards motorists who don't know about cars, please don't fall for the con artists.

Broke my car key yesterday only needed to change the cover, only response got 40£ and you don't have choice because you need to drive your car.Went to birro's Colne and they were very helpful and nice, top of all of that he charged me 15£.
