Wow!!! What a fantastic team, we spoke to alot of ladies tonight and just wow so friendly and welcoming, helpful kind etc! Thank you for looking after me and my daughter so well! Will definitely be returning!

Popped in as dog had chewed my glasses and needed fixing asap as going down country for the weekend to attend my sons wedding later that day.Staff were fantastic and managed to change the frames within minutes and saved the day. Can't thankyou enough !

Well the whole experience has been nothing short of Amazing!! So firstly I nipped in the shop on my the Monday before my Wednesday app, me being me forgot the time of app! Even though I was sent the texts to confirm app and also the courtesy call the day of app, but still just wanted to make sure, also I wanted to try glasses on whist I had my daughter with me, so Chloe dealt with us and she was so much more than just helpful, she also with her amazing customer servicegg converted my daughter to be a new customer at shotton branch…she’s a credit to you! So then coming to the shop on what was nearly closing, and can I say I was no way rushed and so on, actually quite the opposite! Also you’d swear I was the first customer of the day, lots of energy and enthusiasm by all!! the blonde headed lady who done the initial photo of the eyes etc, again a credit to your company ….the lady optician again so so lovely!! and there was also a male employee and an other lovely lady employee…all of which were so friendly and also my friend who was waiting for me in waiting area and even she said how lovely everyone was!! So I hope head office at the very least commend your shotton branch for all staff members going above and beyond , and making my experience a wonderful one!! Mrs Lesley-Ann Tellett xx

I get my vision for glasses and lenses tested here while also being a member of the contact lens scheme, the latter of which is great value for the service provided.I cannot praise the people here highly enough. All staff who I have dealt with have been highly professional while also very friendly, adding a personal touch and always seem to go that extra mile which I have noticed time and time again.In the digital age I think it's easy to forget the value of a dedicated local team who can be interacted with and related to.I would recommend this branch to anybody in the area looking for a cohesive team to look after their eyesight for years to come.

Went in for a routine eye test and had a great experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. I was seen by Breisha, who made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away . The optician was fantastic, catering for my needs . After the tests, Breisha was on hand to help me choose some frames, giving me advice on what frame suited me better. A fantasic experience from start to finish. I would definately recommend vision express to my family and friends.

I felt welcome from the minute I walked in. The young receptionist was very helpful. The optician Karleigh Buckley was patient, understanding and gave me great advice. The young man (sorry forgot his name) who helped me choose my glasses was very helpful too.I am waiting for them to arrive now.

Visited the store on 13/05/23 bought a pair of non prescription sunglasses and I was going to buy a lovely Ralph Lauren frame only but I was a little undecided at the till. I decided I would return which I did today 25/5/23 to be told I can’t buy frame only. What a wasted journey. Vision Express train your staff

The staff are Amazing at Shotton Vision Exp. With me having mobility problems, they are always Very Helpful. I would recommend Vision Express to anyone.
