Rang Wales and West 29th November after they left hole in the road unsafe the wheels of my car slipped between the boards covering the hole causing my car to bottom twice as I went over the hole rang to report got a very blasé response I said I wanted my car examined as not sure it was roadworthy. Told somebody would ring me still waiting as of 6th December this was a very serious incident (they didn't bolt the boards to the road hence they separated) had I been travelling at any sort of speed the consequences could have been very serious do they care? Zero marks out of 100 for customer care hope the gas pipes they laid are safe!!!!

On calling this company out as a smell of gas they came within the hour. An engineer named Ashley attended to my property addressed the fault in a professional manner. I would like to thank him for his excellent service. Very polite, well mannered and literally couldn't do enough to help us. Thank you Ashley you are a credit to the company.

Terrible company. They have made our lives a misery for the past 3 months. I’ve damaged my car trying to get out of my drive because they blocked it constantly. They’ve dug up my driveway without my consent and I’ve spent hours and wasted a lot of money in trying to resolve problems to no end

After smelling gas, the grill control was knocked on and I was unsure how long it was on for. I phoned 911 and within one hour wales and west arrived. Luckily I had opened the windows and my house was clear. But my cooker was unsafe and this was disconnected. Excellent prompt service!!!

Just had the very best service from Steve Bagley at Wales and West Utilities.He responded very quickly to our emergency call and quickly identified associated leak. He then set about conducting an extremely professional and extensive repair (turned out that the coupling to the oven had been incorrectly fitted). He then spent some considerable time testing the system and making various adjustments.He was polite courteous and extremely personable throughout the visit and was a great ambassador for Wales and West.Thank you so much to Steve and to Wales and West for this outstanding service.

All engineers working on our recent gas leak have been amazing. Very speedy reaction after initial phone call(within the hour). All work carried out in a respectful and tidy fashion. All the people involved had to travel long distances to get to Tywyn and made sure all important work was complete within 24 hours. The pavement was re-slabbed and left neat and tidy. Great work everyone and a huge thank you for keeping us safe.

This company vandalises roads with paint marking and will not remove them no matter the didtress it causes. The have graffityied outside my house and place of work. Although asked nicely they absolutely refuse to clear up the mess. I Now have to pay an independant firm to clear the paint daubings

Called Wales and west Utilities this morning after smell of gas outside front door someone called under an hour checked for leak within a few hours two men turned up to fix gas leak .and a couple of hours after another man turned up to turn gas on and make sure boiler was ok . Just like to say excellent service from start to finish wouldn’t even know they dug the garden upGreat job and service cannot speak highly enough thank you .Andy and Glynis putt Chard Somerset.
