Scammers! DO NOT use this Company! Got a call from them 24 November & the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. It was a cold call, having got our details from our insurance company. We asked who was calling and after 5 mins of telling us incorrect details about the accident we had 4 days earlier he still wouldn't tell us who was calling. No company name or details or what they wanted. They are scammers!

Very good and prompt response and service, have needed them twice through insurance and both times have had no problems, very easy to talk to and will drop and pick up car at your convenience

Absolutely terrible car hire. Was given a car with clutch sliding , mud on the seats and tyre pressure was dangerously low. Rang back to change my car , they’re telling me to contact my insurance . When my insurance have contacted them they have told them they don’t know who I am and they haven’t supplied me with a car the garage who was recovering my car is dealing with it. When auxislis gave me a car 3 days before my car was recovered! Absolutely dreadful scam car hire company. And also my car isn’t like for like I had an amazing spec gold and they have given my a corsa. Lovely.

After a recent non fault accident I was hugely let down by my insurance company who were absolutely hopeless. I was might annoyed with them as within hours of making claim they wrote my car off. They accepted liability and said the accident was my fault. Eventually,the car wasn't a write off, liability was admitted by third party but in all honesty the only professional company that helped me all through it was Auxillis. After 1 week without a vehicle they spoke to me about the accident and decided I wasn't liable and supplied me with a lovely vehicle. Delivered to my door with a courteous gentleman. I was kept up to date by Auxillis all way through the fight I was having with my insurance company. My car was repaired by a body shop I had to find and brought back to me. Auxillis came and collected their courtesy car and I was left to fight my insurance company. I have to say a huge THANK YOU!!! to Auxillis as you kept me sane through my ordeal. If your looking for something bad to say about Auxillis then your reading the wrong review here. Thank you and great work Auxillis.

From day one of the accident, till the end Auxillis staff have been in constant communication not only with me but also with the company that was dealing with the repairs.I will definitely recommend Auxillis for their excellent services.I am sure they will meet your expectations.

Very professional, polite both over the place phone and personally whilst delivering courtesy car for myself. Also excellent communicators and time keepers. Auxillis from the moment they called me to collecting the car were professional, friendly and courteous.Nothing was too much trouble-they took time to listen to what I needed and deliver and collect when it suited me.The only way the company could have been better was to have let me keep the immaculate and beautiful car they hired to me after my accident!Each person on the phone was thoughtful and understood what a difficult time it was and made an awful experience much easier and stress free.

The most professional car hire company that I have used. Extraordinary care and attention to detail; beautifully presented car; kind, considerate and excellent personnel.

They sent me to see Acorn assessors who wrote my car off as a category S within 3 mins of looking at it?This means structural damage and an independent mot mechanic put car on ramp looked through it underneath and couldn't find any structural damage?? Poor service all round.
