Ive recently joined the Wallace centre, i find the staff very proffessional/helpful and the other members very friendly, if I was to say anything, it would be the gym needs a deep clean, it's a bit sad it's so dusty and dirtyDiane wilson

Awful gym! Staff are rude, half of the equipment doesn't work how it should, the place never has a good clean, the only classes that are any good are rarely put in the timetable and fill up immediately when live, and they don't even invest in a decent sound system so you just get blasted with random music & TVs at full volume from all over the place, so loud you can't even hear your own music. All in all, the whole place needs gutting out and redoing. Much better spending your money at a place like pure gym or exercise 4 less, actually a fair bit cheaper and you get a LOT more for your money. Don't waste your money here.

The first time my friends and I have used the badminton facilities and we were really impressed with the court and the building ,staff friendly and helpful ,unlike the two older ladies that work at Fenton manor on a Fri afternoon,who border on rude ,so on future we will definitely be using the facilities here

I love this gym and have been going for 10 yrs. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel at home.The gym apparatus is all you could need. The sauna and steam room are great.It is all very clean and maintained to a high level. Plus it is a fair price.What I like most, apart from the staff, is that you can wear what you want. You are not surrounded by lycra clad body beautifuls, it is very refreshing

Its a great gym and very accommodating. I just signed up here because I'm borderline obese and I'm 14 and I'm getting the sweat here. If you need to be fit go here rn
