NEVER FIX YOUR WATCH HERE=========================One of my number label in my (mechanic chronograph) watch fell off and I went to this shop asking them to stick it back. One of the worker (if I'm not mistaken he is the shop manager) managed to stick it back but leaving ugly glue stain inside the watch. I questioned him and he replied me rudely saying that you must have micro scoping eyes to see any stain inside". A few days later

Absolute disasterRefused to print passport picture from my own memory card purely as gentleman working over the counter has no knowledge of using technologyExplained how to and was told about intention breaking their camera, plenty of services on same street, spend money there!Daily 10refusals like this lose 60 quid for business in this branch good luck on making targets and not coming back for any other services here

Tried to send in a mechanical watch to get it running again. The shop took it saying it needed to send the watch elsewhere for fixing. Didn't get back to me for weeks and I had to go to the shop to ask for it back. It had not been fixed. Was treated rudely when I asked how long a typical watch would last if it was fixed to run again.

Fantastic help and cheerful service from Duncan. He fixed my watch quickly and economically, whereas another shop had failed. Really great. The shoe repair service at this store is also very good.
