Picked up my new car yesterday. Very pleased with it. Nev has been great through the whole process and was very patient with us, even when we accidentally left half the paper work at home and had to reschedule pick up.

Had a great experience with Neville today, great experience, no hard sell and he even helped me move my shopping in the pouring rain for a test drive

We recently bought a car from Richmond Skoda in Bognor, and part exchanged our old car. We were very happy with the service we received from Sarah McCarthy! She made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

I brought a car from Hampshire Car Sales two years ago due to transporting my father around I needed a slightly bigger car with a set budget Sam Hornsby went above and beyond for me to get the car I wanted he was able to answer any questions/queries I had. I drove it away less than a week later. The process was fast, stress free and efficient. I’m very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Thanks guys! :) Would definitely recommend this garage and will most probably be back in a few years.

I visited the dealership after being contacted by Christopher Land about buying my current car off me and potentially getting me into something bigger and better.Chris was really helpful and understood exactly what I needed and showed me a few different cars and accompanied me on a test drive. Chris went out of his way to help me with choosing a new car - although I didn’t purchase this time around, he was incredible and I will visit again in the future.

I am a long-distance customer and Sarah was super attentive, responsive and helpful with my enquiries. In the walkaround video she took, she pointed out all the flaws" of the car I was interested in to make sure I am aware of these issues (instead of the typical car salesman who goes "This car is immaculate/ in pristine condition blah blah blah"). Bought a Vauxhall Corsa for my partner. As soon as it arrived, I've noticed a big hole in a passenger footwell which was just hidden under a car mat and hasn't been mentioned by the dealership. Don't be deceived by the nice looks of the dealership and nice customer services as you will end up having to pay loads more money after your purchase. Warranty provided does not cover these hidden surprises" that will cost me quite a lot of time and money to be fixed... Sales Manager Joseph contacted me after this review telling me that this will get fixed

Collected new car today, couldn’t fault my sales person Sarah McCarthy. Sarah helped with sorting out part exchange and making everything extremely easy to collect the new car. Would recommend and will definitely consider coming back when I need to change my car again. Thanks again!

Not quite the perfect car dealer that they would have you believe!I saw a car on their website that matched the spec and colour etc that I was looking for, so travelled over an hour to view it, usual salesman patter and after the test drive I agreed to purchase it at the screen price, on condition that they sort some dents and scratches on the paintwork. They arrange the finance and promise to have it ready the following week, the day before I am due to pick it up at 5pm, I get a call from the sales manager who informs me of an issue with the finance and tells me I cannot collect it the next day. After multiple calls by me leaving messages with various different people and then continually chasing them as they never call you back, I finally get a call telling me everything is sorted and I can collect the car on the following Saturday, however the only slot they have for me is 9.15am. So as we live some distance away my wife and I leave our home at 7.00am to get there for our arranged appointment, salesman feeds us some bull about another customer turning up early before us and sorry we have to wait a little while, not a problem we are thinking 10/15 minutes maybe! Eventually after 2 hours of waiting the sales manager speaks with us and tells us we were never booked for 9.15am it was the salesman’s mistake, basically lied to again! We sign the finance paperwork and think at last we can leave, only to be informed that the car will not be released until they receive the money into their account and guess what this is going to take a further 2 hours! So we go to a local takeaway for some lunch and return to the dealer a while later, still the car cannot be taken, finally after about 2/3 hours we get to take our new car away.We get in the car and start it and immediately a warning light comes on telling us the brake light is faulty, I go back in the dealership only to be told that we have to go and get one from somewhere and fix it ourselves as they don’t keep any bulbs on site. Return to the vehicle again start it up and put the radio on and a warning flashes up that we need to enter a radio code, look around for the manuals where you normally get the code from and nothing, the car has no books and no spare key. I go back in and see the sales manager again and he tells us to go to the local ford dealership and pay to get it sorted and he will reimburse us, I said I was not happy with this and he says he will go and look for the books, after he did not return for a while we just decided to leave as we had really had enough of this place. We drive to the local ford dealership and after 5 minutes they sort the the code for £20 and are sad to hear about our experience with this local dealer, but tell us it is not the first time they have heard stories like ours about HCS.So now we have a car with only one key, no manuals, a missing parcel shelf and no car mats, and after close inspection I notice most of the paintwork issues have not been sorted. I am £20 out of pocket and we have wasted our Saturday sitting in a car showroom.This dealership will give you all the bull when they are getting you to purchase a car from them and once they have you hooked the service levels drop right down and they just want your money and to get rid of you.UPDATEDespite saying in their reply to this review that they would look into my complaint they never did call me back.
