We had a great experience with the team. Sylwia was extremely responsive. I asked her a loy of questions and she responded politely and very quickly. The removal happened over a weekend and the driver accidentally had the wrong address. We did not have the drivers number but luckily we had a family member in Germany to intercept the van before it arrived at the wrong number. It would have been helpful to have the drivers number. The driver (Wojtek) was super helpful with loading and unloading, was very professional and polite. All my stuff (including 2 guitars) arrived in one piece. I wish I could give 4.5 stars.

She was very accomodating! The driver, Sławomir was also really really friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing company!

We had a fantastic support during our move from Hamburg, Germany to Swindon, UK recently. We were assisted by Orysia, who was resourceful and responsive to any of our queries and few last minute changes. The driver was kind and helpful during loading and unloading. Pickup and delivery were punctual and the goods were transported in good condition.

Must start by saying that Milosz the driver was outstanding. Friendly, patient, on time, a really great person and all rounder. He deserves more than 5 stars!!The price was very good and Natalia was pleasant to deal with and she got all the documents in order ahead of departure. However, I did find the slow communication / difficulty of getting holdof the office REALLY stressful, especially as it was on pick up day. I understand there are delays and that’s fine, but would’ve really appreciated being kept in the loop as to when / if to expect the driver at the time they had communicated to me.Move from UK to Portugal.

Highly recommended. Very good service, flexible to our changing times and demands; Sylwia Janyska was very efficient and helpful and it was great to get a person at a the end of the phone. Pick up as arranged time window and drop off too, very carefully handled by the driver pick up and assistant (Hubert for the record) and well handled and all in all, took a lot of stress out of what is always a stressful time moving between countries - for the record this time between Netherlands and Scotland.Melissa, September 2023

Moved from Berlin to London without a problem, quick service, professional handling, perfect communication and customer experience, fair cost, I highly recommend MyCheapRemovals!!!

Orysia was really helpful throughout the process both before, during and after the move. She provided clear information about what we could expect on the day, and answered any questions we had. The pick-up day itself went smoothly & we had no trouble loading our items into the van/truck. The drop-off was delayed for a few hours after the cut off time we'd been given. Luckily we'd set outside the full day to receive our items so this wasn't an issue. They also have very competitive pricing & we opted for the cash option to receive a further discount. Overall, a great experience & they helped make our move from The Netherlands to UK so much smoother.

The van that delivered my items was not the same van I loaded the items on. My items were picked up in The Netherlands and stored safely with the furniture covered, however the load was then transferred onto another van somewhere in between The Netherlands and the UK, with no supervision or cameras recording this. As a result my items were all over the place in the second van with some damaged items including a walnut table. The customer service was even more appalling after that. They do not respond their phones or emails. Only after threatening them to take legal action did they respond but only for a bit. Still did not resolve any of the issues and still waiting for a response. Avoid at all costs! There are more professional movers around. They assure you your items are safe until your items are carelessly thrown around onto another van without your consent and away from any supervision.No you are not sorry, if you were, you would respond to my emails or pick up the phone. Funny to see that you have now taken the time to respond to a public review but you still have not responded to my emails or calls. More proof that you are not a trustworthy company.

Had an amazing experience with MyCheapRemovals to shift my life from London to Amsterdam!They are very responsive and flexible with timings, clear with instructions on documents, and were very helpful at rearranging delivery by a few hours when we realised our flight wouldn't make it in time.Overall, they made the whole process incredibly smooth - and for a shared removal, the fact that they delivered in just over 24h was incredible.Hopefully I don't need to move again any time soon, but if I do I'll be using them again. Highly recommend!And thanks again to Natalia for helping me sort everything out!
